Heartstart training

Cadets from 22 (Sandy) Squadron recently completed their Heartstart training,learning emergency life support skills that could be used to help save lives.

Eleven cadets undertook the training, which included learning how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, dealing with choking, heart attacks and more. On completion of the training the cadets recieved a certificate to show they had recieved the training

Cadet Sam Keeble said, “Doing Heartstart and gaining some basic first aid skill is really good to do, as it’s a skill that could save a life someday”.
