There are several way you can contact us about joining.

Best way is to email us at , and we will get back to you as promptly as possible to arrange for you to come down to the squadron, or simply to answer any questions you may have.

You can also ring us on 01767 691681, or 07743 852282. Please note the first phone number is only available between 7pm and 9:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Alternatively you can simply drop in at our squadron on a Tuesday or Thursday between 7pm and 9:30pm, although we do advise contacting us in advance incase we happen to be away that night for what ever reason. Please follow link for our location.

What happens on the first night?

When you first come down to our squadron we will show you around, tell you about what we do, and answer any questions you may have for us.

Before you are allowed to participate in any of the activities, we will require some basic contact details, should we be required to contact parents for any reason.

You will have the chance to talk to and get to know the other cadets, and join in on some of the activities.

You don't have to decide if you want to stay on your first night. You may come down for several nights to get a feel for it before you decide. You won't be required to pay anything during this time.

What if I decide to stay?

If you decide to stay, we will give you a form for a parent/guadian to fill in, and hopefully get you into your uniform.

You will need to then start paying the subscription fee, but we will make you aware when that needs to start.

Once you have settled in, and you are over 13yrs 3 months, we will enroll you as a full member of the Air Training Corps, which will allow you on most of the activities, flying & gliding and camps.
