                                      Bring long end under short end

 

                               Bring long end through neck band
                                  and down toward other side

 

 

                               Bring long end over neck band

 

 

                                Bring long end through and pull
                                          through loop

 

                               Complete Knot with centre crease
                                 just below Knot- pinch in at the
                                            bottom of the knot
